Spicy Bison Burgers

Ingredients

1 lb ground bison

1-2 jalapeño peppers, chopped

3 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a bowl, combine all and mix well. Form into patties (four ¼-lb patties work well, or two ½-lb patties).

Ideally, grill over an open flame for 4-5 minutes until cooked to your desired level of doneness, or pan fry if grilling is inconvenient. Serve warm, topped with veggies, guacamole, or hot sauce.
